Mila
Gojsalić is a domestic version of biblical Judita. According to real datas, she
lived in 16th C in Kostanje. In her honour inhabitants of Poljica
placed her bronze statue, work of Ivan Meštrović, in Gata, at the same place
where we believe the Turks fell and died. People from Kostanje named their
cultural summer after her in order to praise her name and act.
- July 15th, 8:30 p.m.: opening ceremony in front of
